Erin Perry, MA, LPCC

I really respect my clients for the work they do in order to get better.  I know that what I am asking people to do is quite difficult.

I have been a practicing counselor for over 10 years and have worked in the mental health field since 2011. I earned a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in community counseling from Heidelberg University.

Prior to working as a counselor, I taught kindergarten and second grade.  I then worked in a private practice office, at a university health center, and at a non-profit agency. I am a member of the American Counseling Association.

I strive to be supportive of my clients, utilizing strengths-based and solution-focused therapy styles. Let me accompany you to a brighter future!

Jennifer Damm, MA, LPCC-S

Clients often say that I’m easy to confide in, even about the most difficult or embarrassing issues.  I have a calm, nonjudgmental approach to helping them find options for change.

I have over 20 years of experience in professional counseling.  I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and Heidelberg University.  My work experience in counseling has been in outpatient community settings.

My style is solution-focused in a comfortable, therapeutic relationship.  I also implement play therapy techniques in working with children.

Let me journey with you toward your goals!

Emily Yoder, Counselor Trainee/Administrative Assistant

Counseling and the field of mental health have always been of great interest to me, a passion that continues to drive me in my career.  I am a graduate of Miami University where I studied psychology and women’s, gender, and sexuality studies.  I am currently finishing my Master of Arts in Counseling program at Heidelberg University and have worked in the behavioral health field since 2022.

As a counselor trainee, I have worked with a diverse range of clients from young children to older adults.  I have an integrative approach and believe that the counseling process is a unique experience for everyone coming into the office.  I am competent in the latest evidence-based research revolving around different practices that I use in counseling.  I look forward to those wanting to work with me and creating a therapeutic relationship together to help cultivate change.  Below is a link to help understand the benefits of working with an intern:

Becky Gosche, office manager

In large part my career has been focused on helping others.  I worked at Stoner Health Center at Heidelberg University for 20 years. Among my many roles at HU I was able to link students with services that they needed.  I enjoy working with people and assisting in any way I can.

Here at CCC, I help out with different operations at the office ranging from insurance assessments and payments to familiarizing new clients with CCC. If I am not able to answer questions that come my way, I will do my best to find the information needed. I enjoy the challenges and advantages of working here at Counseling Connections.
