What is Simple Practice?

Simple Practice is a HIPPA compliant management software system that we use here at CCC.  It helps streamline information gathering as well as the appointment and billing processes.

How do I first access Simple Practice?

After calling to become a new client, there will be an email sent to welcome you to our practice. That email will take you directly over to Simple Practice where new clients can access the necessary paperwork to fill out for their initial appointment.

How do I access Simple Practice?

There are a couple ways to access Simple Practice. Through the website, an existing client can access the portal by going to the homepage → schedule an appointment → I’m an existing client → send a link to your email. That link will take you to your Simple Practice account.  Clients can also download the Simple Practice Client Portal mobile application to have easier access on one’s phone.

What can I do on Simple Practice?

Clients can access paperwork, billing, and request and cancel appointments  They can also access secure messaging with practitioners. It’s a diverse app with various functions. This system allows individuals to manage their care in a secure way. It is easily accessible through the app, but can also be accessed through our website.
