Erin Perry, MA, LPCC-S

I really respect my clients for the work they do in order to get better.  I know that what I am asking people to do is quite difficult.

I have been a practicing counselor for over 10 years and have worked in the mental health field since 2011. I earned a bachelor’s degree in education and a master’s degree in community counseling from Heidelberg University.

Prior to working as a counselor, I taught kindergarten and second grade.  I then worked in a private practice office, at a university health center, and at a non-profit agency. I am a member of the American Counseling Association.

I strive to be supportive of my clients, utilizing strengths-based and solution-focused therapy styles. Let me accompany you to a brighter future!

Jennifer Damm, MA, LPCC-S

Clients often say that I’m easy to confide in, even about the most difficult or embarrassing issues.  I have a calm, nonjudgmental approach to helping them find options for change.

I have over 20 years of experience in professional counseling.  I am a graduate of The Ohio State University and Heidelberg University.  My work experience in counseling has been in outpatient community settings.

My style is solution-focused in a comfortable, therapeutic relationship.  I also implement play therapy techniques in working with children.

Let me journey with you toward your goals!

Emily Wuescher, MA, LPC / Administrative Assistant

My goal as a counselor is to build a nonjudgmental, empathetic relationship with clients to help them on their counseling journey. It takes tremendous courage and strength to begin one's counseling journey. I would be honored to be a part of your journey towards growth and healing. Together we can work on discovering hidden strengths and areas of growth. By creating a safe and warm environment, we can work together to create a path to achieve change.

I am a graduate of Miami University and Heidelberg University. I use an integrative approach to attend to client's diverse needs. By using different treatment modalities, we can find something that will best suit each client and their unique needs. I am well versed in current evidence-based treatments and theories. I look forward to those wanting to work with me and creating a therapeutic relationship together to help cultivate change.

Becky Gosche, office manager

In large part my career has been focused on helping others.  I worked at Stoner Health Center at Heidelberg University for 20 years. Among my many roles at HU I was able to link students with services that they needed.  I enjoy working with people and assisting in any way I can.

Here at CCC, I help out with different operations at the office ranging from insurance assessments and payments to familiarizing new clients with CCC. If I am not able to answer questions that come my way, I will do my best to find the information needed. I enjoy the challenges and advantages of working here at Counseling Connections.
